In her case the story tells that not less than seven hundred donkeys produced the milk for her daily baths. Even Poppea, second wife of roman emperor Nerone, loved and used to enjoy this ritual.<\/p>\n

The raw material we use is whey that comes exclusively from the highly controlled production of Parmigiano Reggiano, considered to be an Italian excellence<\/strong>. Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese with unique characteristics, mainly because of the geographic area where it\u2019s produced. It distinguishes itself for the deep bond with the environment and from there comes its peculiarity.<\/p>\n

Nothing\u2019s left to chance when it comes to feeding the animals (a practice that\u2019s strictly regulated and forbids the use of ensiled fodders or fermented foods) and controlling the milk transformation to keep the quality high and the cheese\u2019s unique characteristics intact.<\/p>\n

I nostri laboratori hanno studiato una formula ed un metodo unici per rendere disponibile il siero di latte in forma liquida all'interno dei nostri prodotti. Ci\u00f2 permette di mantenere molte delle propriet\u00e0 benefiche del siero di latte che altrimenti sarebbero andate perse in seguito ad un processo di liofilizzazione.
