CAN THE PRODUCTS BE USED BY LACTOSE INTOLERANTS?
Yes, they can, because it’s not a contact allergy. The products are safe to use as long as you don’t ingest them (and we recommend not to do it!!).
ARE THE PRODUCTS SAFE FOR CELIACS?
Yes. Celiac disease is a food intolerance that attacks the small intestine, so the presence of gluten in cosmetic products that come in contact only with the skin doesn’t do any harm to celiac people (or to those with dermatitis herpetiformis), even if there’s gluten, precisely because they don’t touch the intestinal mucosa and are made for topical use.
DO THE PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALLERGENS?
Only those derived from milk.
HOW CAN I BEST STORE THE PRODUCTS?
Seal properly the container after use avoiding the build-up of dust or dirt in the gaps. Store the products in a cold and dry place and avoid exposing them to high temperatures or direct sunligh
CAN THE PRODUCTS CHANGE COLOR WITH TIME?
Yes. Like other products with such high percentages of natural ingredients, ours too can, with use, slightly change color or lose some of their fragrance. This doesn’t compromise their effectiveness, if they were stored in the right way and used within the recommended time.
WHAT’S THE PRODUCT’S SHELF LIFE ONCE OPENED?
The shelf life (PAO) is specified on the packaging. It states the period (in months) in which the product preserves its effectiveness and can be safely used, if stored correctly.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE THE INVOICE AFTER A PURCHASE?
Yes, all you have to do is fill out the forms during the purchase process or you can send an e-mail with your informations to our Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
1/3 day in Italy since the order is placed, except for public holidays. 3/4 days in Europe. Shipping times also depend on the period in which the order is placed and on the proximity of the logistics centres to the delivery address.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. A soon as the courier takes on the delivery, you can see, subscribing to our website and logging in on your personal account, the tracking number to monitor your parcel.
HOW CAN I PAY?
In the checkout phase you can choose between various secure payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or bank transfer.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Yes. For us clients and their satisfaction with the product are the first priority. If you change your mind or, unfortunately, somthing’s wrong with your order, you can choose to return the product and receive a full refund. Te return request has to be made sending an e-mail to our Customer Service within 14 DAYS of placing the order. The right to return the products is only applied to consumers, meaning people who act independently from any entrepreneurial or professional activity.
I PAID WITH MY VAT NUMBER CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
No. The right to return the product is regulated by the Consumer Code and only includes transactions between the retailer and private customers. Therefore if you are a company and you purchased the product through you V.A.T you can’t benefit from the return policy.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We recommend to check the packaging and the products when they’re dropped off by the courier. We put maximum care and attention when packing and shipping our products but sometimes problems, even ones out of our control, can happen. If the pack is damaged and the seals are broken/opened, write on the receipt document ‘’I reserve the right to check the products for…’’ (ndt. Questa frase non l’avevo proprio capita in italiano, l’ho resa come ‘mi riservo il diritto di controllare i prodotti a causa di…’) with a description of the problem. Then point out the problem with your order writing an e-mail to our Customer Service.
